It's always great to find new nuggets of functionality that Apple didn't even bother to advertise.

First, some GUI shortcuts:

• Select part of a web page in Safari then select File->Mail Contents of This Page.
• You can collect applications into the currently active space using the C key with Spaces active.
• Option-clicking the airport menu with an active connection will get you a handy summary of the active connection.
• Control- or right-clicking an account in the Accounts preferences pane will give you the ability to edit the 'advanced' (i.e. Unix-y) account options.

Now, let's look at new integration between the Unix command-line and OS X:

These are fairly geeky but, if you spend a significant amount of time in the command line, also very handy. Ran across a couple of very cool things today related to command line integration with the OS X GUI:

• It is now possible to start X11 apps directly from the command line even if X isn't currently running The link also describes how you can create your own launch services.
• It is now possible to store SSH passwords in your Keychain
